This 3,150m tunnel in Russia is the longest in-city tunnel in Europe.
A river runs over the tunnel, and water leaks at some points.
When the temperature reaches -38°C (like it did this winter),
the road freezes and the result in the attached video -
taken during a single day with the tunnel camera...
Even better than a NASCAR race or bumper cars!
