A reporter went to the local nursing home to interview the oldest resident, Henry Goldfarb.

“I'm here to do a story on nursing homes,” the reporter began the interview. “I'd like to start things off by asking what the death rate is here.”

“Well, without official confirmation,” said Mr. Goldfarb, “you can put it down as one each.”
