A Newfie counterfeiter went to work on a bill that would fool the best eye. After working for twenty years, he came up with his masterpiece – an eighteen-dollar bill.

When he realized his mistake, he got into his car and drove to a remote section of Newfoundland. Going into a general store that looked as if it was out of the eighteenth century, he passed off his bills.

He returned to the city a rich man. In his pockets he had a hundred and sixty seven-dollar bills and twenty nines!
