Zoo Cage Cleaner
While cleaning out the aviary of a rundown British zoo, the keeper found a finch
that had dropped dead from old age. He put it in a sack.
Later he found two dead monkeys in their cages. He put them in the sack too.
When he went by the lion’s cage at feeding time, he thought about what he had in
the sack and decided not to let the contents go to waste. So he emptied the sack
into the cage.
But the lion wasn’t happy and roared, “Not finch and chimps again!”
