WASHINGTON, D.C [JP] - President George Bush became a HERO, so he
instructed the Postmaster General to issue a special postage stamp with his
picture on it – stressing that it had to be of international quality.
New
Non-Sticking
Stamp
Shortly after the stamps were released, Bush heard complaints that the
stamp was not sticking properly, and he became furious. He called the chief of
the CIA and ordered him to investigate the matter. The chief checked the
matter out at several post offices, and then reported on the problem to Bush.
He said, "President Bush, the stamp is definitely of international quality.
The problem is, our people are spitting on the wrong side!"
