A couple who is having trouble getting pregnant goes to see a doctor. The doctor gives the man a revolutionary new injection made from monkey glands, which works perfectly.

Nine months later, his wife has a baby. When the nurse comes out of the delivery room with the news, the man asks, “Is it a boy or a girl?”
