Change of Guard in the Parliament of Canada



When a Pope is selected there is white smoke over the Vatican.
In Ottawa today, white smoke is being seen.
To Liberals: it’s smoke from Harper’s paper shredders working overtime.
To Conservatives: it’s Trudeau legalizing marijuana in Parliament Hill.
