The wealthy patient went to his dentist for his yearly check-up. After a thorough examination the Dentist said, “I’ve got some good news and some bad news.”

Said the patient, “What’s the good news?”

Replied the Dentist, “The good news is that my son is going to Harvard University.”

“And what is the bad news?” asked the patient.

Replied the Dentist, “You’re going to pay for it.”
